We had a wonderful three-night stay in a spacious one-bedroom suite with two queen beds, and the kids loved the cute teddy bears they received upon arrival. After long days exploring, we enjoyed relaxing body scrubs and manicures at the hotel spa. Although the breakfast options could use more variety, it didn't take away from our amazing experience! 😊

Air conditioning could use improvement for warmer days.

The One-Bedroom Suite Two Queen Beds was really spacious and felt like a cozy home away from home. The mix of classic and modern decor made it charming. I enjoyed the kitchenette, but it could have used better utensils for cooking. A bit noisy from the air conditioning, and it took a while to cool down the room. Still, overall it was comfortable for a family.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city, especially with my granddaughter. The large room with a kitchen was perfect for our family. We loved being close to Central Park, where we took a lovely stroll, soaking in the views and the city vibes.
My children wished for a bathtub instead of just a shower for easier baths after long days out.

Had the best time with friends! We explored the American Museum of Natural History and took a relaxing walk through Central Park, where we joined a guided tour. The location was ideal, making everything super accessible. The staff were friendly, and the space was clean and roomy. Definitely a place I'd recommend for group stays.
The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning as well as I hoped, making it a bit warm at times. Took a little while to cool down the room.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, featuring a modern layout and a washer/dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our 8-night stay. However, we encountered a significant issue when housekeeping accidentally misplaced my daughter's retainer, which was disappointing. Additionally, despite the great location, we were left frustrated by the lack of sufficient towels provided daily and the inconsistent service at the attached restaurant, where we faced delays and unkind interactions.

The Two-Bedroom Suite offers spacious living, making it a decent choice for families or groups. Location shines with easy access to the subway and local dining. The kitchenette adds convenience for quick meals.
The kitchenette could really use a proper stock of silverware and glassware. only two mugs and glasses weren’t cutting it for our group. The lack of mirrors outside the bathrooms posed a challenge for getting ready, especially when traveling with multiple people. Some rooms show wear and could use modernizing, while lighting systems can be inconvenient, with manual switches instead of easily accessible controls.

missingWrote a review on May 20spacious suiteattentive staffweak waterlimited breakfast
The room was spacious with a modern feel, making it easy for my family to settle in. We loved the layout of the One-Bedroom King Suite, especially the small kitchen that allowed us to prepare some meals. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from Fifth Avenue. Check-in was smooth, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly. One morning, we encountered a hiccup with shower water pressure that took a bit to improve. The breakfast arrangement at the diner next door could use better organization. The selection was limited, and it wasn't very inspiring. Wireless internet worked fine, but we found the furniture slightly uncomfortable for long stays. Even with these quirks, our experience felt welcoming overall. I would stay here again, but hope for some improvements on the dining side and the kitchen supplies to better suit families.
